FAQ

How to choose the right size of t-shirts and hoodies?

Easy! Our cuts are unisex and in European sizes. They fit perfectly on boys and are a little loose for girls.

If you are between two sizes:
👉 For a fitted look, take the smallest size.
👉 For a looser style, take the larger one.

How long will it take to receive my order?

As we print all our items on demand , an average lead time of 3 working days is required for manufacturing. In addition, 2 to 5 working days are required for delivery via Colissimo.

👉 During holiday periods, vacations or during busy periods , delivery times may be a little longer, as the volume of orders to be processed is greater .

Outside of these periods , you should receive your order within 5 to 8 working days .

What are the Care Instructions?

- Machine wash cold, inside out, gentle cycle with mild detergent and colors
similar. Use non-chlorine bleach only if necessary. Do not
use fabric softener.
- Tumble dry low or hang dry for longer life
- Iron on the reverse side with a low heat iron. Do not iron the decoration.
- Do not dry clean.

What materials are used?

Our t-shirts and hoodies are made from premium materials.

  • T-shirts: 100% organic cotton, ultra soft, to give you lasting comfort.
  • Hoodies: 100% cotton exterior, and a mixed interior of ringspun cotton and polyester, for a soft feel and durability.
  • Our Crop Tops: Made from 100% combed cotton, making the T-shirt extremely soft and more durable than regular cotton T-shirts.

What should I do if my order is late?

If you see that your order is taking a little longer than expected, don't panic! 📦 Check your order tracking (the link is in your confirmation email). Since each piece is made to order, there may be a slight delay in case of high demand (periods like Christmas, sales, etc.). If it's blocked for too long, write to us and we'll find a solution together.

What if the product is damaged during shipping?

If anything arrives damaged/misprinted/defective, please send us a photo of the damaged item to contact.kickandstyle@gmail.com and we will gladly send you a replacement at no cost to you.

How to contact after-sales service?

Simple: send us a message via the website's contact form or write to us directly by email. We respond as quickly as a good middle kick. 💥

How long do I have to submit a claim for a return/exchange?

Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 30 days of receipt of the product. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date.

Who pays customs duties and taxes?

Shipments outside of France may incur customs fees depending on the destination country. These fees may vary depending on the value of your order, country restrictions, and other factors related to the product itself. The customer is responsible for these fees. All fees are paid to the appropriate customs agency by the customer.
